I work across digital and physical products, bringing together research, interaction design, prototyping and testing. My practice includes discovery sessions, design critiques, stakeholder reviews and user feedback, with a focus on human-centered design, usability and emotional experience.
My academic background spans mechatronic engineering, industrial design and a PhD in Materials Science. My doctoral work explored healthcare solutions through a user-experience lens. Further study in graphic design, UX research, UI and interaction design adds to that multidisciplinary perspective.
Teaching and mentoring are part of my design practice. I have developed learning experiences that connect conceptualization, prototyping, user testing and iteration; worked with training partners and industry professionals; and presented research at international conferences. As Director of the Design Program from 2021 to 2024, I connected student needs, design education and industry perspectives.
My background also includes product development and entrepreneurship through Sky Render.
